Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon with a variable percentage of Sangiovese.

Winemaking process: Manual selection of the grapes and of the berries, medium maceration, fermentation in natural concrete vats at controlled temperature
Aging/refining: After the malolactic fermentation 12 months in French barriques of second and third passage.  At least 12 months in bottle.
