- Winemaking process: soft pressing of the grape despalillada the months of January and February. 20 days fermentation 30 days at 18-21ºC.
- Aging/refining: 80% aged in wood for 36 months of which 2/3 in American and French barrels, half of whom spend in second and third place. 1/3 in large barrels, 20% in steel.
