I Filari Chardonnay

Vineyard location/ type of soil: Calcareous-clayey soil

Grape variety: Chardonnay 100%

Alcohol content: 13%

Winemaking process: The grapes are harvested as they are properly ripened at the beginning of September. After destemming, they are softly pressed.  

Aging/refining: the wine begins a slow fermentation at temperature controlled in stainless steel tanks and it is bottled during springtime and continuing the refining process.
