Vineyard location/ type of soil: This Chardonnay is planted in hilly areas in limestone-rich clay soil.

Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay

Alcohol content: 13%

Winemaking process: The grapes are harvest at the beginning of September, destemmed and softly pressed.

Aging/refining: After harvest and fermentation, the wine is left to age in stainless steel tanks to be then bottled and sold.
